Dr. Robert Natividad Jr, is a graduate of Pecos High School of Pecos, Texas. After high school Dr. Natividad attended North West Vista College and the University of Texas in San Antonio for his under graduate education from 2003-2007. After completing his four years of undergraduate school, Dr. Natividad move to Dallas, TX to pursue his Doctorate degree at Parker University. He Graduated in 2011 with his Doctorate of Chiropractic as well as a Bachelor in Health and wellness. Dr. Natividad knew he wanted to move back to San Antonio to pursue his career. He has been practicing for 5 years and specializes in sports injuries and family wellness and is excited to bring his passion and wellness to the community of Helotes and the surrounding areas.
Dr. Isabell Vasquez D.C.

Dr. Isabell Vasquez, D.C graduated from Devine High School in Devine, Texas. After high school she went on to Palo Alto College and there continued her undergraduate education at Texas A & M University-San Antonio earning her bachelors in Biology. She then moved on to get her doctorate of Chiropractic at Parker University in Dallas, Texas.
Dr. Vasquez started as a passionate intern graduating from Parker University and has continued to serve with passion at Elite Chiropractic & Rehab. Dr. Vasquez treats a wide range of patients dealing with mild to chronic pain and helps her patients achieve their desired results to get them back to their normal day to day lifestyles pain free. She gains an understanding of every patient to form a treatment plan that helps achieve their unique needs and goals and encourages them though the process. Dr. Vasquez strives to educate everyone who enters our office on the importance of their health through mobility. In her free time she enjoys live music events, reading and hanging out with her family and friends.
